What we text
When you place an order, Newera Screening sends text messages about it to the mobile number you give us: order confirmation, kit shipping and delivery, sample received, mobile draw scheduling and reminders, results ready, and clinician call scheduling. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
How often
Message frequency varies with your order, usually about [3 to 8] messages per test. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we send one confirmation and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@neweraaesthetics.com or +1 (404) 988-4132. If you stop texts, we will still contact you by email and phone about out-of-range results.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
