Cards and digital wallets
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we never see or store your full card number.
HSA and FSA
We accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout, and we email an itemized receipt for your records. Physician-ordered laboratory testing is generally a qualified medical expense, but your plan decides what it covers, so check with your plan administrator if you are unsure. Some plans ask for a letter of medical necessity; contact us if yours does. If your HSA or FSA card is declined, you can pay another way and submit your receipt for reimbursement. We do not provide tax advice.
Klarna
Pay for a one-time test in 4 interest-free payments, every two weeks. For example, a $160 order is 4 payments of $40. Klarna also offers other options depending on your order. Klarna decides eligibility when you check out.
Pay in 4: subject to an eligibility check. A late fee of up to $7 may be charged if a scheduled payment remains unpaid after 10 days, and late fees on an order never exceed 25% of the purchase amount. Affirm
Pay over time with monthly payments, or in 4 interest-free payments, on one-time purchases. Affirm is not available for memberships.

Paying for a membership
Memberships are billed yearly and renew automatically until you cancel, so they need a payment method that can be charged again at renewal: a card, a digital wallet, an HSA or FSA card, or Klarna where Klarna offers it. See the Membership and Refund Policy.
Insurance
Newera Screening is not billed to insurance and is not covered by Medicare or Medicaid.
